The relationship has jumped off to a better start than expected and we are happy to have another large processing partner. There are many advantages and disadvantages that that go with deciding between First Data and Chase Paymentech, therefore your sales manager can better assist with this decision. One major benefit of processing through Chase Paymentech is that they will offer special pricing to large merchant account opportunities. If you feel we need special pricing to get a deal in which the merchant processes 10,000 transactions or more per month then please get with your sales manager for a special pricing request. Additionally, keep in mind that our processing through Chase Paymentech will be unbranded at this time and we will have the Chosen Payments brand on the Merchant Statements and Merchant Applications as soon as we get through the paperwork process with Chase Paymentech. President & CEO ELECTRONIC TRANSACTION ASSOCIATION Last month was the annual Electronic Transaction Association show in Las Vegas. This year the Chosen Payments team made some ground breaking progress while attending. Between meeting existing vendors, creating new partnerships, visiting with nationwide agents, and spending quality time with our processing partners, we were able to have a little fun as well! Stay tuned for new products and services to be rolled out in the coming months as a result of business dealings at the ETA. The highlight of this years show, for me, was establishing business and personal rappore with Ed Labry (President of First Data North America), and Brian Goudy (SVP of North America Acquiring Sales) from First Data. Being that First Data is the largest processor around, they have many clients to attend to at events such as the ETA. However we were fortunate, with our recent sales achievements and of course, fun social presence, to become recognized and spend a great deal of time with these executives. We have been opportune enough to have a great support team through the various Directors and Vice Presidents of First Data over the years in which continue to speak very highly of us. This industry is great in many ways however, one of my driving factors behind the desire to become so successful is building relationships. All relationship start with an introduction and I am honored to now be on the map with the President and SVP of First Data North America. Being part of the Chosen Payments team these relationships create huge value for yourself as well. Aligning yourself with and ISO that can make things happen in the business will always get you further that the next person! Lastly, I would like to send a special thank you to my Chosen Payments team which also took part in the ETA experience this year, and each worked their own magic in many ways. They make mistakes but they never quit." -Conrad Hilton | | News and Services Chosen Payments and the GLCA There has been much happening this month at Chosen Payments. We are gearing up for an eventful and busy summer, and there are many exciting topics to share. Chosen Payments recently established a new partner relationship with the Greater California Livery Association (GCLA). The GCLA is a statewide 501-c6 non-profit association, comprised of duly licensed member limousine and bus companies. We recently attended their General Member Meeting in Los Angeles. Rob Crowell and I spoke to many of the GCLA's members face to face. Rob delivered a stellar speech in which he explained to the members what we do at Chosen Payments and the many benefits we provide to our merchants, he also explained that Chosen Payments will be giving back 10% of its profits to the GCLA. The conference was very successful, and is a great example of how we should be interacting with our merchant to gain more business. We expect big things from our new found relationship with the GCLA. | | VINCENT CRIVELLO Superior recognition to Vincent Crivello for his continued hard work and dedication. Vinny's tireless efforts go above and beyond, he unselfishly worked hard to ensure that our inside and outside sales teams were operating properly while the Executive Management team was out of the office in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. It is a big job to fill that role, but Vinny was able to keep the office running smoothly. Thank you Vinny! | | |
